My 5 Favorite Guided Meditations on Insight Timer
Whether you practice meditation daily or you are thinking about giving it a try, I highly recommend using an app called "Insight Timer" to help you with your practice. When I first started meditating, it was a great tool for finding Guided Meditations that resonated with me and now I love using its timer feature which allows you to set the duration of your meditation, choose an ending bell, and add ambient sounds like a flowing stream to your practice. You can also add friends in the app, join groups and find teachers or talks that you enjoy! I also love a feature of the app that encourages you to meditate frequently with milestones achieved and detailed charts. This is not any kind of ad by the way, I seriously just love this app.
So here are my "favorite" guided meditations. The ones I return to time and time again.
by Kenneth Soares. Are you in need of a calming and relaxing ritual, so that you'll sleep deeply all night? Then this this blissfully calm guided meditation is made for you. Kenneth's voice is soothing af. I rarely make it past the first 15 mins of this meditation, but it lulls me into a completely relaxed place and I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed. Better than a sleeping pill. 10/10.

by Jonathan Lehmann: This quick morning meditation contains affirmations to "help you switch on the happiness button in your brain and have a magical day :)" I started my morning with this meditation for almost 2 months straight. Jonathan guides you easily and effortlessly and helps you prepare for the day ahead. It's so quick that it's also a good mid-day meditation to help you reset and get to your happy place.

Gale Minchew: If you're ready to manifest, get ready because this guided meditation will seriously raise your vibrations. If you've never tried a manifestation meditation exercise before, this is a great one because Gale kind of goes into the principles of manifestation and the law of attraction before she gets to the meat of the meditation.

Morning Ritual
by Jason McGrice: Start your day feeling grounded, positive and perfectly in flow. Set your daily intentions and infuse your day with gratitude using this morning ritual. Jason's guided meditation is another quick meditation to start your day on the right foot using breathing techniques and guided imagery. I find this meditation to be great for stress relief first thing in the morning.

Manifesting All You Desire by David Ji: Another manifestation exercise, David Ji uses chakra techniques and chanting to ignite your "agni", the source of our energy, creativity and sense of personal power. It's the spark of life that ignites our will. You have to be open to some chanting and OMing but you should finish feeling energized and awakened.
