Meribo Restaurant is the brainchild of my husband Vinnie and his business partner, Gavin. I jumped on immediately to concept the brand identity of the business and we came up with the smoosh-word “Meribo” pronounced "Muh-REE-beau" — a combination of two Italian words: Meridionale (southern) and Cibo (food).

Meribo was created from a love of pizza. A love of good food, good wine, and experiencing the joys of dining with friends and family. The concept was simple: modern Italian cuisine with Southern influences in a comfortable environment.
